Cancellation Policy

  • Weather Policy: In the event a rental is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, customers will be given the option to reschedule their trip. If rescheduling is not possible for any reason, a complete refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
  1. If a reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued, minus a 15 € processing charge.
  2. If a reservation is cancelled 7-14 days before the scheduled date, it may be rescheduled within 30 days, subject to a 15 € processing fee, but no refund will be available. If not rescheduled within 30 days, no refund will be offered.
  3. Reservations cancelled 0-6 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Fuel policy
During each cruise, the cost of the fuel will be calculated separately, and will not be remitted until the cruise is over.

Bank Fees
A non-refundable processing fee of 6% of the booking price will be applied to each cancellation request.
